Tend & Dwell was born out of my own need for community and support while raising my family. I had a strong desire to serve my family well and be a good steward of everything God had entrusted to me. I dreamed of cultivating a home where our kids could be kids. I pictured slow days in the yard, planting seeds in their hearts while we planted seeds in our garden. I wanted to create an atmosphere where we had a sense of peace and order even during the busy, messy years.

Yet there were times when life seemed anything but peaceful. It was chaotic and stressful. I felt isolated and just needed help. While I can’t come wash your dishes or hold your baby for you to shower, my hope is that when you engage with any of our content, you feel encouraged & supported: like you have a friend, someone on your team. We hope to inspire you to faithfully steward what God has given you so you can create and LIVE a beautiful life—not just scroll through someone else’s.
